Episode 42: What happens to those who never hear the gospel?

What happens to those who never hear the gospel?

It’s one of the most debated and difficult questions surrounding salvation. If someone never has the opportunity to hear about Jesus, are they still accountable for their sin? What about those who have never heard the name of Jesus?

In this episode of Redefined, we dive into these questions and examine what Scripture actually says about salvation, sin, God’s justice, general revelation, and the necessity of the gospel. Rather than building our answer on what seems fair to us, we want to start with what God has revealed through His Word.

We’ll also come back to the responsibility believers have to share the gospel. If people need to hear the good news of Jesus, what does that mean for the way we live, evangelize, and view the Great Commission?

This is a difficult question, but it’s one worth wrestling with through the lens of Scripture. Join us as we seek to bring clarity to a question that many people have asked but may not have considered from a biblical perspective.
